Throughout life our bodies collect stories. Some are full of love and harrowing acts, others are full of pain, trauma and disembodiment. Johanna uses a variety of effective manual therapy and massage techniques to meet the body at whatever state it is in, then facilitates the physical tissue towards a symbiotic state of relationship with the mind, emotional and subtle bodies.
The goal of her work is for clients to experience long term pain relief, increase mobility, develop agency and shift the trajectory of the relational dynamic with the body.
Johanna currently sees clients at her home in Queen Anne, and is employed at Centerpoint Wellness NW and Glow Natural Health Center.
